Harvest States is a $7.1 billion grain marketer working through a large network of grain elevators in the Upper Midwest, Plains States, and Pacific Northwest. It mills, refines, processes, and packages a wide range of food products for food service and retail outlets.

Research showed that many of Harvest States' customers and producer-members were unaware of its expanding value-added food processing and other operations. Wehrman & Company's challenge was to help broaden understanding of the cooperative's capabilities.

The annual report is built on the message "We bring value home..." The theme is used to clearly explain how Harvest States adds value through its grain and food processing operations and its wide range of agribusiness services.
