You can view and purchase prints from our growing collection of art on-line at www.artgalleryw.com or call our offices directly at 314-962-7953 for personal assistance. You can make purchases in our online store with confidence because we are part of Yahoo! Merchant Solutions. STEP 1. If you see a thumbnail image you like, just click the image to bring up a larger view with more information. STEP 2. Click the picture to see an even larger view. STEP 3. Scroll down and select the Print Size in Paper or Canvas. Just click “Order”. That’s all there is to it! The world leader Yahoo! Merchant Solutions will handle secure credit card transactions online. STEP 4. Enter the information requested in the Shopping Cart area. Confirm the artwork selected and all information is correct and we’ll send you an e-mail to let you know your order has been received. We accept MasterCard, American Express and Visa for credit order on-line or by fax or phone. We also accept corporate checks, corporate purchase orders and cashiers checks. Gallery W and Wehrman & Company, Inc.’s e-commerce pages are powered by Yahoo! and utilize a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) — the most advanced encryption technology available — to transmit your request. No third-party can view your credit card and personal information when you order on-line. However, if you are not comfortable ordering on-line simply call us at 314-962-7953 and place your order over the phone. Telephone/FAX Orders: Call us at 314-962-7953 to place your credit card order with a Sales Representative, or for information to order by FAX. Mail Orders To order by mail with credit card, check or Money Order (U.S. banks and payable in U.S. dollars) download and print out the order form indicating the items you wish to order, and mail your order to us with payment. Mail to: Gallery W Cancellations Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. International Orders All prices quoted are in US dollars. For orders outside the U.S. we will calculate the shipping charge including all taxes, and tariffs based on final shipping destination. Please contact us for delivery charges on international orders at info@artgalleryw.com or call us at 314-962-7953. Pricing and Sizes Print sizes, prices and media type are listed under each image. Click the Paper Size text information to view both exact image size and paper size. Sizes listed are the exact “paper” size. The image size is slightly smaller because each print has a minimum 1-inch border on 3 sides and a larger border below the image for the artist’s signature and stamp. Large prints may include a minimum 2-inch border with a larger border below the image. Canvas prints are hand-stretched and ready to frame. The size listed is the exact image size and the exact frame size. Canvas prints do not have a border. The image has been adjusted to wrap around the sides of the stretcher. If you need a custom size simply contact us, we’re happy to make the print to your exact size for a small service charge. Pricing Policy All prices are subject to change without notice. We make no representation that the price on the website will be effective for the duration. We are not responsible for typographical, system or application errors. Gallery W and Wehrman & Company, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any order, service, terminate account, remove or edit content or cancel orders at their sole discretion. The receipt of an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or confirmation of an offer to sell. Important Notes The fine art paper prints from Ken Wehrman are signed, titled and numbered below the image and unsigned versions can be made if requested. The Gallery W brand mark is blind embossed in the lower right corner as a seal of authenticity. These can be left exposed or covered when matted and framed. All prints are shipped with a signed and stamped certificate of authenticity. Canvas prints, or Guest Artists’ prints, may, or may not, be signed, but all prints are shipped with a signed and stamped certificate of authenticity. Check the description with each image. The Gallery W brand mark shown in the web samples is for copyright purposes and will NOT appear in the printed image. Guarantee We offer an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not delighted with your prints, simply return them to us undamaged and postage prepaid, and we will refund your credit card in full. If you paid by check, a check will be mailed to you. Any returns must be in perfect condition for return credit approval. Shipping Shipping, packaging, insurance and handling is charged by flat
rates depending on the print item number. All print item numbers
end in letters: Flat rate shipping and handling will be added at check
out as listed: Shipping rates are UPS ground or USPS ground CONTINENTAL United States shipments only. The shipping charges are already in the shopping cart system, so you will not have to do anything, just select the print you want. Expedited Shipping For faster shipping, costs are determined by package weight and postal zone rather than by a percentage of your order total. Contact us at info@artgalleryw.com if you need expedited delivery and charges will be added to your order. Gallery W fine art paper prints are shipped unmounted without a matte or frame, leaving you free to choose how best to frame your print for display. Ask if we can assist you. Canvas prints are hand-stretched and ready for framing. Ask if you prefer them unstretched, suitable for matting. Your prints are packaged in sturdy cardboard tubes or packaged flat for canvas stretched prints. Most orders are processed and ready to ship within 10 business days. Our original Giclee prints are printed-on-demand, one by one, unlike ordinary lithographic prints. Large print orders will be processed in a timely manner, however, Gallery W reserves the right to ship large orders in partial quantities until your total order is filled. Holiday Shipping Please allow for additional time during the peak holiday season. Ship-To Address If you would like us to ship your print to a different address you may do so at no extra charge. We can also ship to multiple addresses. Each address in a multiple address order should be treated as a new order. Simply submit a new order for every address that you are shipping to. P.O. Boxes We cannot ship any personalized item to a P.O. Box since we ship via UPS. Please provide a street address. Overseas Some items may incur an additional shipping charge due to their size/weight and/or the distance they are being shipped. We will call you with these charges before the order is processed for final approval. Accuracy of Address Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a fee to correct the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing.
